Little Wickets Policy Re Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Updated 28th February 2020


We are monitoring the situation and are currently following  the guidance issued by Public Health England with regards to running our sessions. It is currently business as usual. 

As you will be aware the global situation regarding the Coronavirus is changing daily but we wanted to reassure you that Little Wickets internal risk assessments are ongoing and include monitoring the local authority & national guidelines, two way communication with all our venues, staff, coaches, assistants and customers to ensure that we have the most up to date specific local information available and our priority will remain the welfare of the Little Wickets children, their families, the Little Wickets team and the wider community.

If for any reason (now or in the coming months) any of our Little Wicketers families  feel it is in the best interests of their family, other Little Wicketers, our coaches and the wider community  that they should not come to a  planned Little Wickets sessions or holiday activity we ask them to advise us immediately by email. Our normal terms and conditions with regards to refunds remain in place ( . However, if appropriate & possible we will always endeavour to offer a catch up session this term or a credit towards future Little Wickets activities.  We do not anticipate having to cancel any sessions but if any sessions are cancelled by Little Wickets or the venue we will of course offer a credit or a refund.

As always if there are any changes to our planned sessions we will  email our customers at the earliest opportunity.  If there are any last minute changes they will be posted on the Little Wickets Facebook Page ( Our most recent posts automatically feed into the Little Wickets website ( However, we may not have time to update our other Social Media feeds we are requesting that our existing customers are following our Facebook page and have alerts set up so that they receive any updates as soon as they are posted. We will of course also endeavour to contact all customers affected by any last minute changes  via email and/or text as soon as we possibly can.
